Email Service for Business (ES4B)

Robust Haven is now able to offer clients a new Email Service for Business (ES4B).

We will take care of all of your email sending requirements, integrating them with any other Robust Haven services, and ensuring that it will be easy to send emails from any of our applications hosted for our clients.

This means that your IT team does not have to build an expensive and complex in-house email solution. Nor do they have to install and operate a third-party email service. We take care of all that, and make sure that everything is seamless and fully compatible.

The alternative, of using your IT team to build a complex and large-scale solution to send transactional and marketing messages, can be very expensive and highly technical. Making sure that emails get there safely involves proper network configuration and email server management, not to mention making sure that you meet the content and other standards that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) demands.

Your organization will then be able to communicate with your customers efficiently and with low expenditure.

Content Scanning

Your outgoing messages will also be scanned to ensure that the content meets your ISP’s standards. Any content that does not meet these standards will be returned to the sender to be amended. Should the messages pass the scan, then they will be delivered to the recipient quickly and efficiently.

Feedback Loop

Your outgoing messages will be scanned to ensure that the content meets ISP standards. They will then either be sent back to the sender in order to be corrected. If they pass the scan, they will be delivered to the recipient quickly and efficiently.

Robust Haven’s Email Service will also provide you with a feedback loop. This will notify you of any bounce-backs, spam complaints and any failed or successful deliveries.
